Selection Process
The selection process for the GHC Junior Administrative Assistant Recruitment 2025 consists of three stages:
- Stage 1: Written Test (120 marks)

- General Aptitude – 20 marks
- Assamese language test – 20 marks
- Negative marking: 0.25 per wrong answer
- Stage 2: Computer Skill Test (35 marks)
- Typing test: Accuracy & speed (20 marks)
- Word processing & spreadsheets: Practical proficiency (15 marks)
- Stage 3: Viva-Voce (15 marks)
- Candidates in the ratio of 1:3 from the combined written test and computer skill test are shortlisted, and the final selection is made based on the total marks out of 150.
