The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam has released the official notification of Polytechnic Admission 2025, inviting applications from the candidates of Assam for admission into 3 year Diploma in Engineering and Technology courses in Govt Polytechnic institutions of Assam for the session 2025 – 26.
Candidate who have passed the Class 10 Result or HSLC or its equivalent exam in a single attempt with Mathematics and Science as a compulsory subject. Candidates can fill up the online application starting from 19 May 2025 to 7 June 2025.
As per the official notification, admission into various polytechnic courses under DTE Assam will be based on the marks obtained in the HSLC Exam 2025. Therefore, no Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) will be conducted for the session 2025 – 26.
